About The New Dual Mandate Policy

The Federal Government of Nigeria has introduced the Dual Mandate Policy for Colleges of Education, allowing qualified institutions to award both NCE and Bachelor’s Degrees in Education.

Students can begin with the NCE programme and continue within the same institution to obtain a Degree in Education.
